Abstract

|
The level of serum Prostate specific antigen (PSA) usually correlates with the volume of tumor present in the great majority of patients with metastatic disease, PSA levels are increased markedly. However, fewer patients with metastatic disease present with abnormally low serum levels of PSA, 10 ng/ml (“PSA-negative” disease). We experienced a case of a PSA-negative prostate cancer with lung metastasis in 69-year-old male patient.
